Gamuda Cove in Southern Klang Valley is masterplanned as a nature sanctuary and smart and sustainable city where people can come together with nature in a place they call home. By listening to what the land has to tell us, we approach nature with much care, restoring the environment via tree planting programs to invite biodiversity back to the land.

Our aim is to plant 1 million trees across our townships. We do so through advanced tree planting. We dedicate land for nurseries where we plant trees in advance and transplant them to our project site. We use Miyawaki technique to accelerate the plant growth rates so you’ll have trees to provide shade.

We enhance the flow of waterways in Gamuda Cove to create lakes that help with floodwater retention and stormwater runoffs. The lakes also give us a cooling environment along with the trees. So, we’ve got the green part covered, but a good town requires more than flourishing nature. Accessing the vibrant hotspots of Gamuda Cove is seamless with our transportation masterplan that puts bicycles ahead of cars through a well-connected network of bike-friendly pedestrian walkways and public transport like e-busses and e-trams. And plus, EV charging stations are located strategically around town so charging up your electric vehicles will never be a hassle. Because in Gamuda Cove, we believe in helping everyone to play a role in reducing our carbon footprint.
